Mountain Essentials

Mountain Essentials is a private course for individuals new to the sport of mountaineering.  Each person who purchases the course will have lifetime access via Facebook to 12 video courses related to introductory mountaineering topics like training program design and gear selection as well as a private forum and office hours hosted by Alpine Athletics coaches.
